8. Personal Abuse
At the heart of this kind of moral maladministration, abuse of workers is through sexual harassment, verbal laundering or public humiliation by the company's leaders.

9. Allow Organizational Abuse
When an institution chooses to work in another country, it sometimes strikes against social culture requiring the workforce of children who reduce work environment or over time. It is at this point that the leaders of the company have a choice … whether to argue that abuse or relieve it.

10. Violation of Rules
In some cases, people or organizations violate rules for accelerating process or decision. In many of these cases, the result would be the same regardless of the fact, but violating the rules or the necessary procedures for these outputs may potentially harm the reputation of the organization for which they work.

11. Create an Unfair Action
Say you're at work one day and you notice that your college uses little money for personal purchases and not announced it. Perhaps you know that new product in development has security issues, but you do not speak out. These examples can not be done correctly.

12. Balancing Ethical Dilemmas
What about circumstances that would have been considered right or not? What should you do here? Should Google or Microsoft trade in China when human rights violations are committed daily? Sometimes companies need to balance the need to deal with ethical problems that might arise from business.
