I can only speak from experience. I find that more and more agencies use magic jingles and musicals to brand their customers products and businesses.

The classic example of jingle that sparked a successful long-term global campaign in the public consciousness was created by my teacher at UCLA and Academy Award-winning singer Al Kasha.

In 1972, after reading one of the worst air traffic jams in history, Al wrote "Fly Friendly Skies of United" and approached the indexed airline with a location statement and engaging act that would put United Airlines as a leader in security and aviation security for almost thirty years. Even when they left the music, they continued with the statement "The Friendly Skies". It was, and is still a definite incarceration of brand genius.

Another very popular agency in recent years is to ensure rights to popular law and to use the knowledge factor to create product correlation and knowledge.

The cost of guaranteeing a grant may vary. I have heard about rights to use single-use broadcasting, up to $ 4000 and up to $ 60,000 and more … These rights are agreed with publishers as copyright owners. The agency will then hire someone like me to record the song as "sound-like" or to give it an original twist.

By ensuring the rights of the law, the user does not entitle the registered work. If you are interested in receiving the right of recording performed by an individual artist, you must negotiate with the publisher and the registration mark. Two separate negotiations and possibly a very expensive proposition. There can be more than two negotiations when you have a song written by three or four subscribers. I recently heard about an organization that was trying to secure the song "What a Wonderful World" and had to negotiate specifically with three publishing companies to ensure the rights to use.

So I can tell you with the assurance that music is thriving in advertising. Like my good friend, a co-star and talented singer / singer Harold Payne, he is soon to be a classic song. Music Speaks:

"Music Speaks Higher Than Word

Music Speaks Higher Than Word

When You Sing People" c2006
